Hyerenn (pronounced Sh-ren) is Twi for glitter. It is used in common proverbs like "ɛnyɛ deɛ ɛhyerɛnn nyinaa na ɛyɛ sika kɔkɔɔ"  Not all that glitters is gold. In Twi H followed by a Y makes the sh sound as in SH-oe
