Processing and Shipping

Important : Shipping is through USPS, due to current changes in this mailing service shipping may take longer than expected. Please track your order with the provided tracking number and contact USPS if any delays or errors occur after your package is no longer with DuafeBeauties.

Due to high demand, order processing will take about 7 days. We will do everything possible to ship orders ASAP! Shipping within the U.S. could take about 1 to 4 weeks depending on the amount of other orders received. Emails with the tracking number will be sent to the email provided once order is shipped.

Please be aware that orders may take longer than the estimated shipping time. However, ALL orders will be fulfilled and shipped.

 

Did Not Receive Your Package?

Your order may contain an item that is on preorder. If that's not the case, then it may be an incorrect address. Please email duafecos@gmail.com with your order number for further updates or questions on a missing or undelivered order.

 

Refunds/Returns/Exchanges

Due to the nature of these products, refunds, returns, and exchanges will only be offer if an incorrect item is sent out and if that item is not opened and not used.

Out of Stock/ Restocking

So the item you want is out of stock?! No problem! Use the PREORDER option to secure your item before it is restocked. Remember to also sign up for our Newsletter to get notified the second an item is back in stock!

Giveaways
